HI THERE, I’M VICTORIA
I am not interested in helping people journal more.
I am interested in helping people move.
Writing is simply the tool I use.
WHY I DO THIS
For years I watched people collect insight, advice, books, courses, and journal entries while remaining stuck in the same place. The problem was rarely a lack of understanding.
The problem was the loop. The same thought. The same question. The same hesitation. Again and again.
WHAT I BELIEVE
• Self-awareness is useful, but not enough.
• Action creates information.
• Most people already know more than they think they do.
• Clarity often arrives after movement, not before it.
• A journal should help you live your life, not trap you inside your head.
• Small experiments are often more useful than perfect plans.
WHAT I ACTUALLY DO
I help people identify the loops keeping them stuck.
Together we investigate assumptions, test possibilities, and turn reflection into action.
The goal is not endless self-discovery.
The goal is movement.
HOW I GOT HERE
I am a writer, facilitator, and creator of the Naimanowska Method.
My background is in storytelling, structured writing, and helping people untangle complex thoughts.
Over time I noticed the same pattern appearing everywhere:
People were thinking constantly but moving rarely.
The method emerged from years of observing that pattern.
YOU MAY BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF
• you think more than you act
• you constantly seek certainty
• you journal but remain stuck
• you start and stop projects
• you feel trapped by overanalysis
• you keep returning to the same question
BEYOND WORK
When I’m not facilitating, you’ll usually find me reading, painting, collecting ideas in notebooks, walking through old cities, or building strange little creative experiments.
Creativity is not separate from life.
It’s part of it.
WORK WITH ME
If you’re tired of circling the same thought and ready to test something different, I’d be glad to help.
